How the 7.5% commission works
When a customer accepts your quote, SiteBuddy deducts a 7.5% platform fee from the subtotal (ex GST). The remaining 92.5% is paid to you via Stripe Connect when the job is complete. For example, on a $1,000 job (ex GST), you receive $925 directly to your bank account. There is no joining fee, no monthly subscription, and no listing fees — ever.
How the deliverable preview works
Once a provider uploads deliverables, the customer can preview 30% of the content upfront — enough to verify quality and confirm the work meets scope. When satisfied, the customer releases the final payment and all deliverables become fully downloadable. This protects providers against non-payment and customers against receiving incomplete or unsatisfactory work.
